Ändere Deine Einstellung im Konflikt. Es geht nicht darum zu gewinnen, sondern darum, dass alle aus dem Konflikt gewinnen. Entweder-Oder weicht der Sicht auf die Bedürfnisse aller. Konkurenz wird durch Kooperation ersetzt. Trennung wird durch Verbindung ersetzt.
So kann ich an Konflikten mental wachsen.
